Can you take ibuprofen while breast feeding?

I’m 6 days pp and have a second degree tear. We have ran out of paracetamol, can I use ibuprofen ?

They gave me ibuprofen in the hospital knowing I was breastfeeding

They prescribed me ibuprofen and tylenol when I discharged after having our son. They recommended taking them interchangeably. 
But yes, ibuprofen is safe while breastfeeding.

Yeah you can just not while pregnant (that doesn’t make sense to me but whatever) they literally prescribed me ibuprofen when I left the hospital lol￼
