Please don’t judge😞

Just trying to see if any ladies have smoked cigarettes during pregnancy. I smoked a lot before conceiving and quit once I found out I was pregnant . I’m now 27 weeks and last weekend my SO assaulted me which led to him going to jail and I was emotionally stressing so bad about what I had went through , I smoked a cigarette . How much damage did I do to my baby boy 😔 the guilt is worse than the stress I felt over the bs I went through .
