How soon to test after implantation bleed?

Hi guys so I had some very light spotting yesterday afternoon (very unusual for me) with some mild cramps and pulling sensations in my lower left abdomen. It was only when I wiped and just like watery pink/brown blood among some very pale yellow discharge (not yellow enough to make me think it’s an infection or anything). Only lasted 10’minutes or so that I noticed and wasn’t enough to do anything unless I wiped it but only a few times. AF isn’t due for another week and this among with other things (back ache, sore boobs, Increased appetite and thirst, vivid dreams etc that are all uncommon for me even with PMS) make me think it could be implantation bleeding? I think

I’m about 10dpo (used LH strips) and 7 days off of AF (this is all general assumptions as only recently came off contraception so don’t know if I’m regular again)

Just took a test this morning (FRER) and is negative, how soon after implantation bleed did yall yet you’re BFP if at all? Thanks
