Lump under breast

so I’m freaking Out

Ive been on a new birth control pill for around 1/12 months now and I’m 21. Always used the implant up until around January

I’ve just found lump in my breast, it’s like underneath near the edge of my breast. It’s about the size of a small grape and i can easily move it around but I’m so scared

I will get it checked out. I just cant calm down I’ve cried and I’m shaking 😖 could it just be birth control related or ? I just need some sort of peace of mind

My period are very up and down and random right now because I’ve not been on this pill for long I’ve been spotting the past 3 days. But when I do have periods my boobs tissue gets harder
