Pregnancy and piercings?

Hey everyone I’m a first time mom and I’ve got my belly button pierced twice (top and bottom. I’m 6 weeks and 4 days and I’ve ordered cute little pregnancy belly rings but I’m wondering is it safe? Will they tear? My boyfriend seems to think it’d be easier to just get them done all over again. I will if i have to but if I don’t have to I don’t want to.

My best friend never even got the pregnancy ones and kept her original ring in her whole pregnancy and it was just fine!

I also have both top and bottom. I have had them done for 7 years now so they don't heal up even after months of leaving them out. So far I leave them out and put a regular ring in when I feel like it or go swimming. They are starting to get a little uncomfortable but have never ripped or anything like that. But I am going to buy some pregnancy ones now that i'm 27 weeks and getting pretty big. Do what makes you comfortable 😊

My friend got the pregnancy ones. There made of flexible plastic and they’re super long!
