Someone plz help I’m desperate!

My period was supp to come today I guess u can say it came.

I’ve been wearing about all day and have nothing. It’s only when I wipe .

I feel like I have so much blood tht needs to come out. But nothing comes! I feel pressure n want it to flow out 😢 I’m dying .

It’s pretty dark red but only when I wipe.

I am also 13 dpo but isn’t tht to late for implantation?
