Anyone have this and pregnant?

So as you can see my “period” was very off I started spotting the 18th of this month a whole day of dark brown not normal for me and then the day after I had two days of a full “period” then spotting the 3rd day (can hardly see it) and the next I’m normally 5 days heavy I did take a test yesterday and it was negative... any chance I could still be pregnant?? Anyone been in this kind of situation? Advice or anything will be much appreciated x oh and I’d like to add I am having “pregnancy” symptoms and mild cramping which I normally don’t have
