We have been using the Pull- out method for 2 years!! And nothing. Like someone said, it really Depends on your partner. My hubby is a pro !!!??

I have been using this method with my husband for the past 5 years without incident. I chose to use this method because I don't want to take the pill and I hate condoms. I'm fully aware that I could get pregnant by withdrawl, and even though I don't want to have another baby at the moment it wouldn't be the end of the world. I do not recommend using this method unless you are in a commited relationship, have been checked for diseases and would be willing to have a child.

Is the pull out method as reliable as condoms or birth control? Of course not. But for those of us without better options- whether it is due to medical, religious, or situational circumstances - it is shown to be more effective than not pulling out. taking some action to prevent unplanned pregnancy is certainly more responsible than taking no action. We shouldn't be shaming other women for choosing this method. You don't know their situation. You can support other women in your lives by discussing why this is their choice and suggesting more effective options. Come from a place of compassion, please. We (women using this method) already experience a fair amount of shaming from health care professionals. Don't add to that burden.

You can get pregnant off of pre cum. As men get closer to ejaculating they release sperm. I would never suggest this method to anyone do to how unsafe it is. I understand sex is a million times better without perfection but it's even better when it's with your husband. A child is not something we need to take lightly. The problem with the world is to many young people having babies when they are babies themselves. A child learns everything from its parents and if we are not setting the right examples for our children then we set them up for failor. The best way to have a child is in a committed relationship and the only way to insure it happens is to use protection. Not the pull out method.

I don't think my man would be able to pull out if his life depended on it lol

My husband and I have been successfully using the pullout method for almost 7 years. I think the key is for the male to "pull out" before his climax starts, not as soon as it starts. Like, he shouldn't pull out and automatically ejaculate. For the method to work safely, he needs to be almost there but then pull out and stimulate himself (or you stimulate him) for a few seconds before ejaculation starts. If he is pulling out as his ejaculation starts, it becomes very risky. I think it boils down to how well your man knows and can control himself. :)

We've been using the pull out method for 13 years & it works. Stopped using it 2 months ago bc we were ready to have another baby &.. BOOM! Pregnant <3

It works for me an my wife I believe that anybody that's pregnant from this is doing it wrong maybe the amateurs don't know their own body well enough I usually have a minute or two of warning before I go off so when I'm getting close I pull out and manually finish if you are waiting till the last second and try and quick draw then of course you will have mistakes. If your man is not in control then don't do it the will power you need is amazing
