What lotion do you recommend to prevent/reduce stretch marks while pregnant?

Trying to put lotion on everyday and prevent too many stretch marks and have something to help my skin. Any recommendations for what has worked for you??

Nothing will prevent them since they're genetic, but coconut oil helped with the itching and Mustela Stretch Mark cream faded the lines from purple to skin tone. It worked great in both pregnancies.

I’ve been using this. Although stretch marks are genetic and can’t be prevented, they can lighten over time. This is very thick and makes my skin feel nourished. I haven’t noticed any stretch marks on myself yet, hoping the next 10 weeks don’t bring any on. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

When I studied anthropology in college, I learned about cultures who had pregnancy rituals that were heavy with fresh coconut milk and as long as these rituals were performed correctly, none of the women of those cultures ever suffered stretch marks...

Basically, keeping skin nouriahed and trying not to gain weight rapidly should kind of help. As people said, it is mostly genetic, but if anything, just try to gain weight only gradually not all at once.

I use stretch mark oil from Ancient Cosmetics... been using it since I was about 14 weeks at night I layer it with bum bum cream smells great! I’m 23 weeks so far no stretch marks at all...🤞🏽
