Conceive Plus Pills

So I just had my implant removed almost 4 weeks ago. We have just decided to TTC (so excited). My period is irregular right now since I came off my birth control so I ordered Conceive Plus Fertility Support pills to get my body back to "regular" and ready to conceive. Have any of you ladies used anything similar and did it work? Right now I'm not tracking my ovulation cause I dont even know where to start. Any tips would be great! This is my 2nd baby but 1st time TTC
