I’ll try to sum this up as much as possible. I’ve been dating my best friend for a year now & since we’ve dated there’s been this girl who he use to be friends with. He knew both us for the same amount of time. She dates one of his closest friends but every since the beginning of our relationship she’s put a strain on our relationship. I moved back to my hometown we grew up in over a year & a half ago & since my best friend & I really hit it off & started casually dating. During that time when she’d ask him to come hang out & he would be on a date with me she would get mad & tell him whenever I’m gone hit her up. We would occasionally go hang out with her & her boyfriend but life got busy for both of us & we couldn’t just go hang out when we want. There’s stuff that happened between then & the party but the day of the party I had enough. Two minutes after the party started she called him asking where he was even though no one else showed up yet & when we did get there we were still the first there she made the comment “at least one of you look great”. While there she decided to set next to my boyfriend & was clearly already drunk & started bitching at him about not coming around to hang out for holiday like he use to do before dating me. We already told her before that one of us was sick & the weather was really bad that night. The whole time she was bitchy & moody. When we had to leave early because things came up she had an attitude. After that we slowed our contact down with her & she would start an argument over text with him she would say she’s done being friends with him & wouldn’t speak for a few days then she would act like nothing ever happened. This has happened three separate times. He’s gotten to the point he just ignores her, blocked her number, took her off Facebook & she still talks like they’re great friends. There’s so much more but I don’t want to drag this out. I just want to know what other people think besides my thoughts or my boyfriend.
