Question

Yesterday morning when I urinated I saw a speck of brown blood then later in the afternoon I peed again and this time cm and some brown blood came out though after that there was nothing more. Now my question is why did this happen to appear(blood) and I ruled out things like my period not due until the following week because it never comes a week early ever since my body has become accustomed to having a cycle and usually I see potential spotting at the beginning of my actual start date which is a normal light pink for me and then bright red starts. I also ruled out sex because I’ve never bled after sex and I was well lubricated and had sex the previous day. I messaged my doctor waiting for a response I even spoke to an advice nurse and the advice nurse couldn’t help me much. I know my body and this is not normal for me I just really don’t know what to do at this point.
