I Hi everyone, I am devastated that I got a positive pregnancy when did an HPT and then a negative blood test. But when did a scan they found a sac but doctor says I should start my period in a few days?

Now the thing is I am unsure whether the sac had a baby or not? The doctor did not say how far am I.

Has anyone had this situation?

One more thing, I got my period on 16/04/2020 and again on 30/04/2020. My cycle is 32 days. The expected period was on 17/05/2020.

I am so hurt and confused ❓I don't have any symptoms when I had miss carried my first baby neither now... I missed my period now for 15 days.
