BREAKFAST
My body truly feels it’s best when I’m eating Whole Foods plant based! Leaving out all the processed vegan foods has made a huge difference!
So for this AM I’m having a bowl of steamed cabbage 🥬 with a cup of steel cut oats! 🥣
