Hello y'all. My brother and sister in law mentioned to me that they might want me to watch my baby niece during the work week while they work. My husband and I own a business and I'm lucky enough to mostly stay home with our 2 sons (3.5year old and 11 month old) and only work here and there throughout the week. On average, I probably go into my work office with my 2 sons 2 days a week for a few hours each time and the rest of the time I am home with my 2 sons and just work from home if I need to. I have no problem watching my niece who will be about 4 months old but I am aware it's going to add a lot of extra work to my days. The cheapest daycare in our area would charge about $258 a week to watch a 4 month old baby 5 days a week. I don't think me doing it for free is an option because is sounds like they want me to watch her 5 days a week for 8+hours. So my question is, what should I charge my brother and sister in law?
