Excersize reverse Pcos?

Anybody know about this? Any ideas on natural ways to ovulate and if exercising works? I'm feeling a little hopeless since my hubby has motility and morphology issues as well. But don't wanna lose hope. Will this be this way forever? Btw I am currently pregnant but I needed shots and iuis to get here and wondering if my whole fertility journey will be this way 😔

I lost 30 lbs and it didn't help at all. I had to use fertility meds and it took 4 rounds.

I was told I couldn't be able to conceive. I used clomid and became pregnant with my son. 2nd time around the OB advised that I lose about 30lbs and maybe just maybe I would be able to conceive naturally. My hormones were so out of wake she said thr second time would be harder to conceive. I started to take vitex, cranberry extract, calcium and magnesium and started to lose inches everywhere.. without actively trying I was able to conceive my daughter Due in December.

I have pcos and was told that I would never be able to conceive a child natural .... I lost over two hundred pound and am now 16 weeks pregnant .... So there might be some truth to the theory ...

Both of my pregnancies happened literally after losing 30lbs.for our 1st we literally tried for more than 7years and all it took was loosing 30lbs. Im currently 15wks and same scenario. Loosing the weight did curve my pcos. I believe its partly due to the fact you are burning off those stored sugar in our bodies (IR).

I started eating healthy and cutting back on carbs and sugar and watching my portion sizes. Then I got really into hiking (shed antler finding) with my husband. I lost 130 lbs and started having regular cycles and ovulating. I am now 27 weeks pregnant!

I was told I had a 1% chance of getting pregnant. I got pregnant ten years a ago after losing 80lbs Ina few months. This summer I lost 30lbs in 7 weeks and boom got pregnant. When you lose weight female hormones increase cuz they're trapped in fat cells. So the more you lose, the more released. That's my advice for you!!
