Digestive system driving me nuts!
Does anyone else go from serious constipation to diarrhea and then back again? My bowel is pretty irritated and sore from the chop and change. Is there a supplement or a preggo-safe stool softener I can take before I descend into diarrhea again? I've heard dulcolax and soflax are safe?
