Is pain normal?

My bf and I have only had sex a couple of times and we were both virgins going in. It hurt a lot the first time but we did it. It still hurts now even when we just try fingering. Like a lot. Is that normal? At first I was worried that he might be in the wrong place but now I’m not sure. The last time we had sex it hurt a little less but I still didn’t feel anything even remotely pleasurable. Any advice?

Could be too rough? Bad angle? Maybe not wet enough and too tense from being nervous or uncomfortable and not actually excited or aroused? There were times where i went through that when i was younger and it was usually if they didnt know what they were doing and were either too rough or going at a weird angle and it was uncomfortable and painful. It made me not really excited so being turned on and wet was not an option because how uncomfortable i was in the situation.

I’ve had sex with my boyfriend for a year now and it still hurts sometimes when we don’t do it often. If the pain is very bad see someone but if not, take it slow and make sure your ready to do inter coarse before you start.
