I think I lost my mucus plug 🥺

I’m 27 weeks pregnant I went to the bathroom and noticed something come out it was like a chunk whiteish , pink ish little blood is this mucus plug ??? I looked at some pics on google I think it’s similar I’m freaking out 😭 I’m having back pain sharp on my left side n discomfort down there .
