My fiancé brushed his teeth and after a few hours it smells like hippo booty and throw up.

I know it isn’t toothpaste but i believe they make a toothpaste. I’ve heard really good things about the mouthwash though and we’re constantly sold out of it!

Many times if it is persistent bad breath (halitosis) that is not fixed with good dental hygiene habits, it can be due to dehydration, gum disease, or a sign of digestive tract problems. Might want to see a health professional if oral hygiene products and visits to dentists are not fixing the problem.
