Hey ladies. I’m really tired of this.

My body/reproductive system has always been abit weird. I’ve had very very irregular periods since I was 13 years old. I’d have around 3 periods every year they was heavy and painful.

Now I’m 21, on birth control have always been pretty much.

I’ve had crazy bouts of severe pain over the past 3 years randomly every few months. It’s crippling pain that lasts 2-3 days. I physically can’t move during the first day of pain. Painkillers/ heat DONT help. Been to a&e plenty of times with it. They thought it was appendicitis a few times but I’ve had tests every time that ruled that out. I’ve had scans on my ovaries because a surgeon said the pain is located around my ovaries, the scan shown cysts but nothing they was concerned about.

I literally have to wait the pain out. It cripples me. Makes me feel physically sick and I cry my eyes out.

The severe pain came on 4am it woke me up and my period started later today.

It feels like my insides are burning whilst being stabbed. Sneezing/coughing hurts. Movement hurts. Walking hurts. Everything hurts.

I’m at a loss and the doctors won’t help me they just tell me they aren’t sure and to take painkillers 😭 my bloating is terrible too, people have asked me if I’m pregnant 😖 I’ve done a lot of research and I’m so sure it’s endo

What can I do ?

How can I ease the pain ?
