Have you experience Braxton Hicks?

I’m 34 weeks and haven’t experience them... as far as I know. Can you share your experience? How do they feel?

It just feels like your stomach is getting tight - sort of like when baby changes position but instead of one area it’s your whole belly.

I have absolutely no pain. Sometimes it feels like a tugging down low, but mostly it just makes my tummy feel really tight. When they happen I can feel like a rounded ball at the top of where my uterus is. Sometimes it feels like the same tightness as when you have lots of gas and are really bloated. It's hard to tell sometimes unless I poke with my hand to tell. My husband sometimes feels and he says, "ouch!" But it never hurts, so I just laugh at him 😂

I didnt have them with my first but being pregnant with my second I had them pretty early. Comes and goes. It's like getting a stitch at first, usually on my right side where baby is lying then my stomach gets tight and relaxes again. Could happen a few times a day or none at all. If you've done something strenuous that's when I find they come on. I had one last week but nothing this week. Some women get them a few times a day from about 20 weeks.
