Anyone else experiencing lower back pain and cramps? I have these past few days off and on. I’m assuming these are contractions? Ive never had this before so I’m thinking about getting it checked out tonight.

Yes! I get these at least once every few days. It’s usually at night and wakes me up. It starts with very bad lower back pain and then I’ll have cramping (think a bad period cramp) for a short time. The whole episode usually lasts only a few minutes but I’m pretty sure it’s contractions. It started around 30 weeks.

34w2d...I'm not sure cause I explained this to my doctor and she said it could've just been strong braxton hicks. But I did experience this a few days ago in between 1a-3a and they finally subsided. I thought it had something to do with contractions but she didn't think so. I've had some more cramping today but not much.

Following. Back pain started last night and have felt weird cramps throughout the day. Consistently about once an hour but nothing more than that.
