Fighting sleep

My LO is 11 weeks and just about every nap and before bed she fights me to sleep even when I see the first sign she’s tired. The past few nights she’s been fighting it so bad she wakes up 3 times trying to put her down before she’s out for the night. Is this part of a growth spurt or something else?? I’m going nuts! Thanks!
