Tip for doing Sneak Peak: drink lots of water all day,shower first, and DONT squeeze your finger !

I took a hot shower first and not only did it help me feel more confident that I got all the male dna off, but it made my blood flow so much better! My first attempt was a disaster and they had to send me another package because I didn’t get enough blood after 15 minutes of poking and squeezing. The second time I cleaned first then showered then did one more wipe down and did my poke. Don’t squeeze your finger either! It makes your blood clot. I went way over the line in under a minute with my second package and felt more confident in it not being contaminate.
