Contractions

I’m 20 + 4 with baby number 4 , this whole pregnancy is WAYYY different than with my other 3 . But no matter what I do I keep having this tightening feeling in my stomach but when I catch one laying down it makes it hard for me to really breathe . It happens a lot , I haven’t really thought nothin of it cause it was just the tightening . But then I started having trouble breathing & my stomach is so soft , if I touch it I can’t really tell like I could for my other kids . & I’m kinda worried , I’ve caught contractions early with my first & had to get a shot to have them stop ( they didn’t work after the second/third one ) but my stomach was hard & I knew by touching my stomach what they were . But I can’t really tell , I just know they hurt & hurt even more when I can’t breathe . Could this be contractions ? Or has anybody dealt with this ?
