Dry skin?

Anyone know what this dry patch of skin is? Should I be concerned? It's on her shoulder and elbows

It kind of looks like eczema to me, my son has it. We started using Aveeno Baby wash and lotion and Eucerin Baby Eczema cream. It cleared up within a few days and he doesn’t get flair ups often now at 21 months! 😊

Could be eczema. You could try over the counter hydrocortisone twice a day for a week, and aquaphor to see if it clears up. If not you may want to check with your doctor.
