How to stop bloating?

It’s so frustrating! Does this happen to other people? I wake up in the morning and my stomach is completely flat. But as soon as I eat anything, even just an apple, I immediately get so bloated. By the end of every day I look 5 months pregnant. I don’t overeat and I don’t eat an excess of anything like dairy or sugar that would cause this. Even if you don’t have any tips to stop it does anyone else have this happen to them at least?? I’m not the only one??
