Mavis for a girl?

I used to love this name, but then I kept seeing a store called Mavis Discount Tire, and now I can’t stop thinking of that 😂 what does the name make you think of?

Maeve is a nice name for a girl too. I also like Mavis.  Never heard of the tire place (US - Texas here)

Go for it! I told my husband the second we know we're having a girl, her name will be Mavis Eureka (eureka is a family name on my dad's side) and I won't budge on the name at all!
