It’s a hard lump that is causing a ton of pain. It’s on my inner thigh towards my groin area. Please help.

Put Neosporin with pain relief to help with the pain, a hot moist compress will bring it to be ready for it to pop on its own or you to pop ita d drain the fluid. but just be careful and to avoid infections, keep the area clean, and hope things get better
