infected nose piercing ?

i just got my nose pierced 3 days ago and i’m used to the swelling but i don’t think this is normal. maybe they pierced the wrong spot? it bled slightly for the first couple of days but i took the nose ring out and i’m gonna let it close but i just wanna know if this is dangerous ? i don’t wanna go to the doctor unless absolutely necessary so has anyone had this after a piercing gone wrong ?
