Anyone else getting awful headaches ? I've gotten one almost weekly since I found out . I try to stay away from taking anything but lately I've been breaking down and taking regular strength Tylenol . I drink a lot of water and make sure I've eaten to see if it goes away before taking something . Anyone else with me? Anyone find anything that helps that's not a medication ??
