Back sleepers? HELP!
I am a back sleeper. I am 20 weeks pregnant and finding myself waking up on my back still. This is dangerous as the weight of my uterus cuts of circulation to baby.
I have tried pillows, including the “U” and “C” shaped pregnancy pillows and still find myself on my back.
I found a website called Rematee that makes sleep belts for people with sleep apnea. I am seriously considering it! Have any back sleepers tried this?! Or what helped you train yourself to stay on your side?
