Did you experience symptoms of being sick when you stopped breastfeeding?

I went from nursing on demand and 1-2 feeds a night to pumping 3x a day.

The past couple days (I stopped 3.5 days ago) I get random waves of nausea, headaches, body aches, fatigue and hot flashes. No fever, and sometimes I feel 100% fine until the next wave hits me.

My current cycle is a couple days late but I’m also not back to normal cycles, I freaked and took tests, all negative (hubs had a vasectomy). I didn’t deal with this when I stopped with my first child.
