How long is to long in the talking stage?

Hi, me [23yrs] and this guy [28yrs] have been talking since the middle of March. We hit things off quite well. But here it is, June and he still hasn’t taking me on a date. I know the coronavirus is out, but a lot of the restaurants we stay near do have “dine in” services now. Plus others guys ask me on dates (yes I still date around) that don’t involve being surrounded by others such as a picnic. Me and him text everyday and see each other once a week, maybe twice. We are having sex, he spent the night 2 times. I never been over his apartment he is moving soon, I also asked him why he claims he gets anxiety when people are in his space. He like me and tells me I make him happy, I really like him as well. I know he is the guy I want to be with. We have until August to decide if we should be in a relationship or not. I’m kinda getting nervous. Cause I like him so much but if he isn’t ready for a relationship by August, I’ll have no choice but to end things. I refuse to be dragged along by another man again.

I want to remind him, but I don’t want him to feel forced to do anything or make him think I’m trying to rush to a relationship. But I just want a title. I been in toooo many “situations”. I don’t want another.
