Transition to blanket & pillow?

Question

My son is almost 15 months and still using a sleep sack in his crib. At what point should I remove the sleep sack and give him a blanket and pillow??

I have no plans to give her a blanket or pillow. I guess she'll get them one day? I figure, why mess with what works.

We’re going to be using the sleep sac as long as possible lol. But i think it’s recommended not to use a pillow until at least 18 months. 
For naps we give him a little blanket to cuddle with though.

My daughter has a blanket and her lovey in her crib. She has has her lovey since about 9 months old and the blanket since about 11 months old. She usually doesn't want the blanket but sometimes she does. I wont be giving her a pillow for a bit though because she does 360° turns in her crib all night, so it would be pointless. Haha but I think whenever you're ready, they're ready. They are at the age where they know how to move things away from their face to breathe better.

My 15 month old has had a blanket since 12 months. No pillow yet though. Still used the sleep sack until 13/14 months because he wouldn’t sleep well without it. We are strictly blanket now though!

We've never used a sleep sac but my son has had a pillow for a while now. He hates blankets lately but he has one if he wants it.

We don’t use anything. We don’t plan on introducing a pillow or blanket until he’s in a real bed. He sleeps in feety jammies

I gave him a muslin blanket 2 months ago and ditched the sleep sack.  He loves it.

Lol I barely just got him sleeping through the night. He’ll be a party animal with all that extra stuff in there.

My son has had a blanket since day 1 and a pillow about 6 months now to keep his head elevated when he’s stuffy
