Signs that labor is VERY near?

Just wanted to hear everyone’s experience and what symptoms they felt the days leading up to labor??

For me, period like cramps that didn’t go away. It all happened pretty fast. Water broke a couple hours later.

Absolutely nothing at all with my first, no discomfort at all, felt as great as you can at 39 weeks. Went to bed the night before expecting a normal work-filled day but instead woke up in labor and had a baby.
With my second I felt achy in a weird all-over way the day before, but didn’t think much of it since I’d been busy moving houses, working, going to a wrestling show, dealing with a toddler, and I had a vicious sunburn. Still not convinced feeling off was an indicator of labor so much as it was stress.

I had the bloody show 3 days before and contractions for two days before going to the hospital. I had been experiencing Braxton Hicks for a couple weeks before. I just felt overall heavy and exhausted for the last couple weeks. Finally went to the hospital when my contractions were consistently 5-6 minutes apart. I was also peeing every 5 minutes lol my water never broke or anything like that...I just paid attention to my contractions.

I had absolutely no signs at all that labour was near, no braxton hicks, no pains, no contractions, absolutely nothing. 
Was booked to be induced on the Thursday (11 days overdue), me and my partner sat down on the Tuesday and thought we’d get one last date night in on the Wednesday night because I felt absolutely fine and was convinced I was being induced so booked a table etc. Woke up at 12:30am on the Wednesday morning in labour and had baby on the Wednesday night 😂. Xx
