Finally got my Nixit cup and was really excited to try it. I loved using a menstrual cup before pregnancy but since having my first child, I have been struggling to get my Lunette to not leak (tried both sizes). I decided to try softcups before spending the money on the Nixit since they are both discs that sit in the same area. I love that you don’t have to worry about the suction because I think that’s kind of where I was going wrong with the cups, not getting a good seal. I wore the cup at home all day yesterday and then today for a 13 hour shift at work (both days are my heavier flow days) and the Nixit cup is super comfortable, I personally find it more comfortable than my cup. Now I just need to figure out how to remove it without making what looks like a murder scene. 😬😳 biggest downside is the discs seem to be much messier than cups. Not a huge deal when you only have to take it out every 12 hours but not fun to have to do when not at home.
