What is this.. worried

So i have this bump that formed down there on my skin. Its not on the lips its right above it to the side. And it hurts what could it be? My last test came out clean so idk what it could be but im going to gyno in a week to get checked again bc i took a hit of a friends vape and he joked saying he had herpes so i wanted to make sure bc i have bad anxiety
