Can pregnancy cause darker body hair?

I got out of the shower the other day and noticed darker hair on my abdomen / belly !  Unfortunately we have lost this pregnancy at 9 weeks but wondering if the hormones could have caused this?

Yes, hair around my belly button is darker in the right light and my leg hair before my husband shaves them for me lol can't reach anymore

Yes, with my pregnancies I’ve always got dark hair on my stomach under my belly button.
