Almond flour bread in pregnancy
I’m 6 weeks and 1 day with a gluten, wheat and egg yolk allergy. Hubby decided to bake me almond flour bread last night with 8 egg whites, almond flour and butter. He baked it per the recipe 25 mins then another 20 mins. I ate some and the texture felt moist like pasty. I woke up today with nausea. I’m worried it wasn’t fully baked, he’s saying it was and that’s how almond flour bread comes out... ugh or i haven’t had any morning sickness yet. Please help.
