Whats your baby wearing? Could this be why he wakes up more becuase hes to hot cold?.... last night room was between 21-22 so he had a short sleeve vest on and a 1 tog...his arms erred cold but chest and body warm so I put a light blanket on as he kept waking up. 
Tonight room is cooler below 20 or 20 max and I'm stuck what the helk do I try tonight

At the mo a long sleeve vest and a one tog sleep sack. Seems to be keeping her warm enough.
