I had mild cramps for 3 days prior to testing positive. I was expecting my period to come since I was camping but it was definitely different. Normally I have strong painful cramps within hours of starting my period.

Yes, it felt similar but not as intense. I usually get cramps for an hour or so before my period comes and then once my period comes they get BAD. The cramps when I was pregnant (before and after BFP) were just like those same mild cramps I get just before my period starting so it was a little nerve wracking. I always felt like I was going to start bleeding but never did!
