Makes absolutely no difference, if humankind relied on women having orgasms to successfully procreate then we'd have died out millennia ago 😂
The fake orgasm is thought to assist sperm on its way but it is NOT a defining factor. 
A nice to have not a need to have, depending on what stance you take on cumming 🤷🏾‍♀️😂

No the women do not have to.
Now, if the woman does - it is suppose to help send the sperm on the way up the cervix
