Ringworm?

Her grandparents (dads side) watch her while I work and they have dogs. My mom took her a bath and said that it looks like ringworm. She had a little rash already under her chin from drool but it’s basically gone now as I’ve bought her some bibs and kept the area dry from her drool and this little spot has stayed and not gone away. She also has one similar on her check. Her next doctors app is the 17th.
