Acne, 6 Days Late TTC

my symptoms rn are acne , i have a slight uti , 6 days late , boobs heavy & nipples weird & erect more (as mine are really short), rib pain & that’s all . tested 2 days late in the afternoon and was negative but again I have a uti (being treated) & pee every 15 mins so maybe it wasn’t enough hcg. I’m never late by more than 1 day however I am early most times .
