A white 75 year old protestor approached a large amount of of police with a helmet of theirs. One of these officers very violently pushed him down and caused a concussion. They are getting charged based on video evidence. They initially stated the man tripped.

My question is what should they be charged with?

Also to add that these are a few bad apples, 57 of their coworkers quit their task force in protest of their two coworkers being arrested. Not because of what they did but because they were being held accountable for it.

This is disgusting because this man has been protesting most of his life and was not confrontational or a threat. When he fell one officer reached for him to help him up and was deterred.

So again my question is,

What should they be charged with?
