I’ve been very uncomfortable today and just wanted to check what I’m feeling is normal or if it’s something I should be worried about.

I’m 21+1 weeks pregnant. Had my anatomy scan 5days ago and everything was fine.

I’ve been having a near constant ache in the area above my groin /between my hip bones on and off all day. I read up on the internet and it said that round ligament pain should only last a few seconds to a few minutes and should be sharp pains? This is more a constant ache (enough that it’s bothering me) and the only way I can get comfortable is by sitting up and leaning forward.

First time mum here so I’m probably just looking for reassurance. It’s obv the weekend so my midwife won’t be working again until Monday so can’t call her. TIA.
