Was a nexplanon user!!!!

My period went from April 12th to May 12th (due to expired nexplanon im pretty sure) got my nexplanon removed on the 13th of may. Was supposed to start my period on the 26th of may is what my calendar read. Yes unprotected sex after the nexplanon was removed. The day I was supposed to start my period I spotted really light for about an hour. The next day I didn’t spot at all. (27th) the 28th i spotted again then the 29th nothing spotted the 30th and now nothing since. I’m 10 days late on my period and my pregnancy tests keep coming back negative. Mind you the dr had told me all the hormones run out in 3 hours after the nexplanon was removed. Still no period and still no positive test. Kind of concerned, or is it still too early to detect hcg levels ???????
