When should I go to the hospital? 37 weeks

So I’ve been having contractions all day. Threw up around 4 time and not sure when I should go to the hospital? Any recommendations?

Thank you all. I’m resting and trying to time them until they are 5-1-1 spoke to the hospital and that’s what they also recommend. Right now they are around 12 mins apart. Still got a long way to go.

So I ended up going to the hospital at 2 in the morning. Got admitted at 3 with 5 cm. Had baby the same day at 10:18 in the morning. Very smooth labor and delivery.
